Hi, I have the Z10, Q10 and the Z30 Gmail gives an error message "can't send" on the Z30, but is able to receive messages. Everything works well on the other two devices. Settings are exactly the same on all three devices.

Have you tried removing and then adding the account again? I had a similar issue with my Z10 when I upgraded to 10.2. That fixed the issue

Deleted and added a few days ago and did it again a few min. Ago. Still can't send re-booted, still no luck

is the e mail proper, i've had issues when replying and the e mail has quotes at the beginning even though they weren't in the message and it wasn't sending

yeah... I'm having the same problem. Seems I can't send/return emails. Incoming to the phone, no problem. huh... Telus is going to get a ring tomorrow...

My buddy has this same problem on his z10. I do know that he is on 1443, the same as the z30, but we have yet to find the solution. I may try loading a newer leak

Yup had this problem and here is how I fixed it. Go into the setup of your Gmail account, go down the the smtp section, enter your email address in the smtp username, smtp address is smtp.gmail.com, port is 465 and ssl is on. Also enter your password for smtp as well. Save and you're good to go
