    Hi All,

    I just purchased a Z30 yesterday and I'm loving the phone except for one quirk that I cannot figure out.

    I'm unable to save contacts. I have all selected as showing, but when I add someone new and click save, nothing happens. It's pretty frustrating as this is basic stuff and there doesn't seem to be any options.

    Any feedback or tips you can provide is appreciated.

    Hmm I haven't heard of such? Have you power cycle? Pressing and holding the volume rockers together until it reboots and shows the blue BB squircle?

    The only solution, and after a review with rogers, was a restore or the operating system. That solved the problem.

    I'm guessing something glitched during the new software install.
