It keeps on displaying checking in failed.. I tried restarting device several times and also reinstalling the application.. please help me, can't make better use of my z30 without this..

Cobalt's file share:

Install and login with 4.3.3.
Install and register with 2.8.
Install Play Services v10.
Update 4.4.4 over 4.3.3 (but don't open).
Install Play Store v6.
Install whitelist 1.0.0.6.
Install Play Games (optional).

If an app requires Google Play Services:
Download app with Cobalt's Play Store (but don't install).
Whitelist unpatched app.
Patch app on PC with Play Services Patcher 1.6 using defaults settings.
Install patched app.

Android GSF I'D and registered on are not available.. tried creating new Google account, didn't work. Can you help me.

i have been trying for last 20 days i guess. But couldn't get through the problem.

Make sure you are using Cobalt's file set and that you have first deleted any other version of the files on your Z30 that you didn't get from Cobalt's set.
The patched files that Cobalt offers will sometimes not overwrite an existing "official" unpatched version, so delete all and start from the beginning.
