Just purchased a used Z30 (STA100-3) on eBay. Trying to install the 10.2.1.1925 leak but I can't run the EXE file.
I've successfully installed several different leaked OS's on the Q10 and the Z10. I'm following the same procedure for the Z30 but I haven't had any luck yet.
Downloaded the file from Mega. Used WinRAR to extract it. When I run the file, a new window pops up for about 2 seconds and then the window closes. Nothing else happens.
*I will say that for some reason, BlackBerry Link on the PC does NOT recognize my Z30. However when I plug it into my MacBook, BlackBerry Link has no problem recognizing it.
It's likely the drivers on the PC causing the problem. Unplug the Z30, try a reboot then plug back in. If that's no good, uninstall and reinstall Link. When Link is working with your Z30, then the EXE should be good to go.

Tried unplugging/rebooting/pluggin back in. Didn't work.
Uninstalled and reinstalled BB Link. Now BB link recognizes my Z30. I tried to run the file, and the window came up, but nothing is happening. It's just stuck at "Connecting to Bootrom"
After the "connecting to bootrom" message you're supposed to plug in your phone.
Make sure that link is closed.
MePiikan...you shall not be forgotten.
It was plugged in already.
But then I just unplugged it and plugged it in again. Ran the file one more time and it all worked.
10.2.1.1925 is looking pretty good on the Z30!
I had same issue, it turns out I had to restart my computer, then there was a Java update, did that, then plugged in the phone and ran the exe and it word fine after that!
I did the update on the q10 and had no issues but with the z30 I had to restart then do java update, then it worked

Any suggestions?
This is where mine was getting stuck until I did the Java update, but it looks like you resolved your issue so maybe java update has nothing to do with it! Lol
Another member was having the same issue and turned out they were using the wrong autoloader. Are you sure you are using the correct file?
This is the one that worked for me :
