    I am unable to delete a voicemail notification from my phone. When I press the message item it connects me to the voicemail service which tells me that I have no messages. The trash icon is grayed out. I have a Z30 STA100-5 10.2.1.537

    Hi It may not be the phone. I've had this happen to me on not just my BlackBerry but on other phones. The problem was Verizon's voice mail service not the phone. Just a thought
