    When I try to access settings I am getting black screen the time and date says Feb 23rd 2013. Every thing was fine yesterday I have tried soft reset but to no avail what can I do to fix this as I don't have laptop or pc

    I'm having similar issues with my Passport SE. I can't open any app and/or settings. I guess auto loading a fresh OS might help?

    This is a common issue with the Z30 and OS 10.3.2.2876.

    You will need to run an autoloader for a clean install of the OS.

    Hey pb,

    Do you mean you're not able to get Link to see the device? There are backup apps available that you can run directly on your device. Ultimate Backup is one--if you don't already have it you can purchase from Home (necessary since Blackberry World no longer allows the purchase of paid apps).
