    I have a 16gb external memory card inserted into my z30, but I cannot turn the USB Mass storage on to store documents, pictures on the memory card. I am running the leak 10.2.1.1925 on my device. Can someone help?

    Are you on BES, set up encryption, or purchased the phone used and it has an IT policy set? When you say can't turn it on, what do you mean? Have you tried mapping the storage as a drive?

    Thank you. Looks like I turned encryption on, that was why I could not turn USB Mass storage on.
