Can someone do me a favour? I will be getting a Verizon Z30 soon but I will be using it on the Bell network up here in Canada. I just want to check if it is compatible. Bell offers a website to check compatibility based on the IMEI. If someone with a Verizon Z30 could check the site it would be greatly appreciated.

The website is Will my mobile phone or smartphone work on the Bell network? and under point #1 click "See if your device is compatible."

Good idea about the IMEI check. Unfortunately, I can't help you with that part, but the Verizon Z30 should work on Bell's 3G/HSPA+ network, and the LTE1700 network too if Verizon hasn't pulled any shenanigans and blocked the LTE 1700 band to non-VZ SIMs.

How did this work out? Did you get LTE on bell. I'm thinking of buying a Z30 soon maybe and might go for a Verizon one if it will get LTE on Telus(same network as Bell here in the maritimes). Does Verizon sell the white Z30?

Can anyone confirm if a Verizon Z30 will work on Bell/Telus in Canada and get all 3g/hspa+ as well as 4g-lte signals?

I live in Vancouver Canada, but do a lot of traveling through the usa in remote areas where verizon is the only signal available so I would like to have a Verizon Z30 to use with my Bell sim card at home, but switch over to Verizon prepaid when I go traveling

This guy is using it with Rogers and says he gets LTE. It would have to be on band 4, because the -3 Z30 doesn't have band 7.

If anyone wants confirmation I went ahead and got a Verizon Z30 and it works completely with Bell in Canada including 4g LTE!

Bell uses the sta-05 so im pretty sure thats the same model as verizon...but ive heard they have the sta-03 model...

Verizon uses the sta-03 (bell uses sta-05), but a Verizon Z30 works perfectly on Bell (4G LTE included) and gives you the benefit of wireless charging too
