Can I get some help unlocking my Z30?

Hi

Within the last week I bought a used Z30 that is unlocked or is Locked to Bell, I purchased a unlock code from two third party companies and they have both given me they same code that is not working ( in the process of getting a second refund now!)

In the Sim Card settings it says Network Subset Unlocked and Service Provider Unlocked.

I am now living out of country and I am with Vodafone, I was able to successfully unlock my Z10 and my Vodafone sim Card works fine on that phone. But with my Z30, it says unlocked but Vodafone sim Card doesn't work and I get the addition message when my Vodafone Sim Card is inserted:

"Your current Sim card requires one or more Mobile Equipment Personalized Codes before the mobile network will be available"

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I am also facing the same issue after i gave a wipe to my Z30. Did you find any solution?
