    when i loaded the update on my z30 i can only go to my contacts if i proceed to make a call then go to contacts. also contacts hang up a lot so i have to wait a bit to get a number many times

    Is your Contact icon/app missing? Or what do you mean you can only get to them via the Phone/call app?

    Which OS is now loaded on your phone? Main Settings, About, hit the dropdown to show OS.

    Oh, how did you load the OS? Via phone update? Via BBlink, other?
