Camera not responding

Hi guys,
Over a month ago, I posted that I got my first Z30 into another hand. Got my cousin to get one. From what I hear she is happy with it so far. The other day I got a message from my aunt saying that my cousin (jackie) couldn't open her camera. So I did a search and found similar posts on older OS'S and nothing on this new OS. Basically what I read was "reset" the phone. I have not heard at this point if she did or if it's working again but assume it is.
Now the coincidence here is and the reason for this post is the GF and I were sitting here last night and the cats were all playing and it was super cute. The GF whips out her Z10 to take a pic of them playing and BAM! "Camera failed to open ".. she reset her phone and it worked fine again. So this is two with in a few days apart. Is this a OS issue? Anyone else have this happening on the new OS? Is it a fluke?

I have never had it happen and I use the camera a pretty good bit. May be just a fluke?
