Hey, anyone else having poor call quality (Mostly mic) on Z30? Especially when blutooth or wifi is on, even if not connected

I'll have to call and check, seems unlikely it's only just started and I've had the same provider the whole time. I can hear calls fine, but it's hard to hear me apparently

My earpiece is broken at my Z30,it vibrate and sound bad. Anybody have this problem? It is a hardware problem?

I had exactly the same problem on my Z30. Callers were not able to hear my voice clearly or very very low. I tried various OS available, including official and 10.3.296 (it was only available). Finally, I handed over to service centre for repairing or replacement (it was under warranty). Now, it is around 3 months and I didn't get back my device. This is another big big problem with Blackberry. Service centres have been very careless and no one is accountable for delays. This is the only company I have seen, there is no provision of escalating your grievances to higher officials or no written standard of service quality. You are simply in the hands of service centre people.

I recently had this problem it seemed to come with in a day of an update... needless to say I wiped the phone, still nothing... so I started reading articles on Google about how small the mic hole was so I cleaned it and wala!!!all is good again!!

I wish I'd thought to clean the mic...instead I had Rogers send me a brand new Z30. which was pretty nice because I loaded up a leaked 10.3.1 on it before I sent it back. Not ready to use a leak as my daily driver, so it was cool to get a glimpse of the OS update.

Bad fitting, or poorly placed screen protectors can block the mic at the bottom of the screen if people aren't careful.
