    Guys, bought a new in the box z30 from shop BlackBerry have a z 10. Took it out of the box and plug it into my laptop to link with my computer to transfer everything from my z 10.

    That's when trouble started would just turn on and get the BlackBerry screen then the blue boot up circle and percentage circle. Stop then start over and over would never fully 100% boot up like 20%.
    I stop hook it up to PlayBook charger fired right up booted up looked great start screen when through everything said 50 % battery unhooked it totally dead. Then red led flashes ever 5 seconds or so tried volume up down holding nothing. Replug in fires right back up boots up this time put my sim card in on AT&T so phone works but take it off charger same thing dead and red led? Does this over and over called shop BlackBerry not much help.
    Any help or suggestions. Have it plug in charging now but off been about 4 hours now.

    Why don't you install a fresh OS thru autoloader?

    Can't get it to even stay on long enough with the USB voltage from the computer.
    I'm leaning towards the battery but what a pain in the *** sending it back. Ugh any other suggestions?

    You can try reloading the OS but you might also start a claim/warranty process as it does sound like a hardware problem.

    Just tried to take a picture on it while plug in camera foes flash goes off phone reboots.

    Now it's able to load to.computer going to try a software reload what the heck.

    Doing the new 10.3 on AT&T but my10 is lock this 30 isn't see how it even if I have to send it back.

    Weird thing I took off the charger and for about 15 seconds phone worked fine thought I was golden then it died.

    Did the update green led once now black screen won't turn on its a brick going back today no update for me either on the new phone going to wait it out.

    Old z30.was dead,sent back new z30 works perfectly has new 10.3 on it works great really like it.
