Brand new Z30 dead(Red light blinking) after updating via autoloader! Please help.

Hi, guys. My friend had bought a new Z30, just 2 days back. And me with my CrackBerry knowledge, decided to update his phone to the latest OS via autoloader. I've updated or fixed more than 20 BlackBerry 10 smartphones(Z30,Z10,Q10,Leap,Z3).
Am experiencing this kind of issue for the first time. I downloaded the latest OS 10.3.2.2789 from Thurask's OS archives. After I ran the autoloader, it came up with this error.

This message can't be seen, I had to re-run the autoloader and take a video of it in 720p 60fps, then pause at the right time. Anyway after this error, the phone won't start up. Red light is blinking in the order 10111011. I tried the autoloader of the previous OS, released just before this OS, no success. What to do? Please help. This phone is under warranty, but we don't want to go through the hassle of shipping it back and then waiting for the new device. Just thought of getting help from the CrackBerry Geniuses before that.

This device was security wiped, no BBID added. Just out of the box device and fully charged.

Try another autoloader, for OS 10.3.2.2639 for example, to be sure that it is not related to autoloader (there was a broken version of OS 10.3.2.2789 autoloader at the begining)

Might also be worth trying 'sicwipe' (search the forum).

Unzip your file from 7zip not on winrar.

Doing an OS reload through BlackBerry link is impossible ?

I guess I will ask for clarification - did the phone work out of the box or did you not even try it with the shipped OS?

It was working perfectly fine, even installed the latest OTA update, but that was 10.3.2.2474 .

Then try using BBLink to reload that OS.
