so I had mine on Friday (day of release, here in UK).
Issues I've encountered:

1. You can't do a 'device switch' - BB Link won't let you upload onto the Z30....
2. I was able to 'rescue' my contacts from BB Link - after three hours of messing about with it all
3. I bought an official Blackberry Z30 case to go with it - it doesn't fit - at all. So I'm taking it back on Monday
4. You can't use it one handed

Good Stuff:

1. New notifications feature is really good
2. OS much faster in general
3. Phone layout is good
4. Sound is good
5. Priority Hub is good
6. Fb/Whatsapp integration is faster, slicker and far more solid

That's about it!

I did a z10 to z30 switch in link with no issues... maybe you need a newer version. My case is fine?! Maybe a z10 one in a wrong box or something?

The issue was uploading to the Z30. It started and stopped at 408kb every time I did it. I tried it eight times.

It's supposedly built into the plastic sub-cover (that hides the battery, internals, etc.)
