I charged my Z30 overnight and now the screen is blank. LED light is flashing; e-mails and texts are being received (sound notification working); phone rings normally. Screen remains blank during all of this, and I can't do anything with the device

Hold down both volume buttons until the BlackBerry logo shows up. This will reboot your device. Check if it helps.

Had that happen once, don't remember which OS but after a reboot it hasn't done it again.
