Forwards, sorry my english isn�t the very best but I hope you understand my question.
I unboxed a few hours ago my z30. The first thing I did was to load it. But now it�s connected 6 hours yet and the
battery charge stucked at 96% for 3 hours yet. What can I do now??

I restarted the phone letting it on the charging device and it mades no difference. Then I put it off the charging device and another time: no difference. In fact, the battery status decreased to 95%.

Restarting the phone consumes a little bit of power so it's normal.

I hope this helps: use your phone till battery drops to 20% and then charge it.
