Hi guys,

I rebooted my Z30 because it was acting funny(could not send a text message) and i did a soft reset but holding down the top button and clicking restart as usual. However, It is now stuck on the Blckberry logo and unable to boot up into the home page. What am I supposed to do ? I cannot remove the battery since it is non-removeable! Please help!!

press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, not roughly 30 seconds, 30 seconds. If this doesn't allow your Z30 to start, you can try pressing and holding the volume up and down buttons and power button at same time until it starts. If neither of these options work, you may have to get an autoloader and run that to get your device back up and running, you will however lose all your info on your device.
