Hi, I am using BlackBerry z 30 and have been enjoying the phone. Recently whenever I try listening to music using my earphones the music shuffles automatically.I start playing a song and it shuffles to another song and then shuffles again till I remove my earphones. I have tried using other earphones but the problem remains the same. Please please help

so you are saying it plays the entire song and then shuffles or it won't play a complete song and it moves?
Are these songs known good copies of music that you have added? Do you have auto shuffle OFF?

Yes the auto shuffle is off. And also the music is of good quality as the same music never use to shuffle before. It doesn't plays the entire song rather it shuffles in between

I guess you've tried a hard reset. If the problem is with the stock music player it could be corrupted.

Try a different player such as Neutron before going through the motions of an OS reload.

Hi I tried a different music player and it works but the old music player keeps on opening automatically and shuffling songs. Please help.i don't want the os reset on my phone
