here you have them i order of times i got a new phone:

1: the power button was getting stucked and that was turning the phone off each time i pressed it
2: de headset input did not work
3: if i called some one they only heard a weird noise when i was talking
4: the volume buttons and the button in the middle of those two does not work

I had these problems when i got the phone brand new. (number 4 is the current issue)

The stuck power button would have been easily resolved if you searched the forums a little... it seems every new z30 has this problem.
Regarding the others, I've never seen that kind of problem on a z30

The headphone jack problem is also fixable by just plugging and unplugging the headphones a lot.

Had my Z30 for just over a year now. Haven't experienced any hardware problems with this phone. I bought mine from the BlackBerry store.

Based on what I've read, the z30 seems like the most reliable of the BlackBerry devices.

Only problem I have with my Z30 is I got some steel wool and debris in the top back loud speaker. I have a piece of tape over the speaker beneath the battery door to silence the crackle. Bottom speaker is still perfect.

My first Z30 I had for about a year. Zero issues. The fail point was my stupidity and dropping it in water. My insurance replacement Z30 I have had for 4-5 months. No issue at all hardware wise.

You sure these are new devices and not refurbished ones?

Your carrier may be gipping you by giving you refurbished devices in stead of new replacements. Personally, I'd be raising some sh!t with your carrier, if that's where you're getting them.

    Rock'n the awesome Z30 STA100-5 on 10.3.2.2168

Absolutely zero issues that couldn't be easily rectified. No hardware issues whatsoever. The problems I did encounter with my Z30 were minor software glitches that were not too difficult to troubleshoot and fix (often with help from the CrackBerry forums). With four different issues on four different devices, one would have to wonder about the integrity of your device supplier as such an occurrence exceeds the odds of probability.

The only reason I no longer have the Z30 is because the call of the Passport was just too hard to ignore. The Z30 is an amazing device.

Still have my original Z30 that was bought the day it was released, no issues at all to really complain about. Honestly, one the most solId devices I have ever owned, dropped it more times than I even care to admit LOL.

My Z30 is 16 months old. It's the most reliable and most solid device I've ever used. With the wireless charging, I haven't even had the dreaded USB port failure that used to get me a replacement device at least twice per year.

I'm currently on my 2nd in 4 months. I keep having to fall back to my Z10.
First one had awful speakers, headphone jack sucked.
Second one I just sent them (shop blackberry) notice of issues - it constantly will show a battery / large charge symbol and reset, and reset and reset. Both devices checked out as new.
I only got the Z30 so as to have a sustained life on BB with an all touch device.
My Z10 is my saving grace.

    I have mine from 10-2013.
The only problem i have is that my simcard is stuck and have to take it out with a pin.
I think its one of the best phones i ever had.
    Its almost unbreakable.

Dropped my phone when i was shooting a video 3 metre down on a rock under water.
When i took it out of the water the phone was still filming.
I have a small scratch on the side of the display, almost unnoticeable.
Half hour later the phone shutdown, I dried and 2 hours later it was up and running again.

I wait on a new Z30 with the same case but with new hardware

OP, it seems, you just have bad luck. Have 2 Z30 in the family and no problems. Also my in laws have 2 Z30 in their family and they don't have problems (to the best of my knowledge) either. So your problems/issues may not be the overall experience of all the Z30 users out there.

bought my Z30 unlocked in October 2013, it has been a brilliant phone and battery life is still very good after almost two years and keeping it on 10.2, it has been trouble free and why risk it after the problems with my old Z10 after update to 10.3.2.

I have 3 Z30's and no problems on any of them. I can't understand how people end up with repeated issues with replacement phones.
