    Hello, I have a problem with my Z30. I can't install Apps from Blackberry App World.
    Everytime i click on download a message appears. In german: Bei Ihrer Anfrage ist ein Fehler aufgetreten.
    I try to translate: A mistake occurred with your request..
    Don't know what to do...

    Have you ever been able to log into BB world before? Make sure you have you BB I.D. set correctly, and language set.
