Hi guys,

Does anyone know how to adjust the volume for BlackBerry maps? Its irritating to be listening to podcasts while your driving and than the gps lady starts yelling at you to turn now! Lol.

Any ideas?

The maps volume is tied to your media volume. Seems like your podcast is recorded at a very low volume...

I also have that issue. It should be a separate volume level. When I'm listening to music and the voice starts from Maps, it's very loud because it matches the music volume.
On the built in gps in my car, the radio volume is separate from the gps volume.
Both the car, and the BlackBerry will lower the music volume, but the BlackBerry will play the voice far too loudly.

I had this issue in my Z10 today as well, so I think it's an OS specific, not model specific, issue.

Both of my cars allow you to adjust the built in GPS audio, I think BlackBerry should as well.

Turn up the volume when the GPS lady is talking. At any other point, it makes no difference.
