Can't wait to get this amazing phone... z10 will be backup...
But i need one unlocked that will run on Rogers and with NTT Docomo sim I am using currently in my z10... where can I buy this z30? ( my friend in Toronto can buy for me then courier to tokyo) .....
Yes I too fell to the temptation and got my Z30 yesterday - a wee bit of a hit to my pocket book but I couldn't resist. It is a thing of beauty...and even better now I have my OS Leak 1791. I am truly spoiled with the Dark theme and hope BBRY consider bringing it back or give us theme choices now. Enjoy your new beast!

Cheapest place in Canada is Telus. $600+tax off contract.
Just picked up the Z30 yesterday. The OS Is the best and most productive I have ever used. I have a Z10 for personal use and use the Z30 for my small business. The hardware is excellent. It feels very comfortable in your hand with the rounded edges and rubberized back. The typing is faster than on the Z10 with fewer mistakes because of the bigger keyboard. The OS 10.2 has nice new features in the hub and the pop up messages of new incoming emails and other messages allows you to continue with what you are doing and only respond if you think the message needs immediate attention. The battery life is excellent. The only drawback is that the screen is not as bright as the Z10 but after a while you don't miss it because the contrast is excellent and it adds to your battery life (I suspect that was the reason the BlackBerry team has decided on this lower power consumption screen while making the best of it).
BlackBerry is far from dead and I believe their OS is now the best OS in the market by a long shot!
I'm so very keen to get this phone, though BB said they are only launching the phone in South Africa towards the end of the year. Though, that means that I could just get one with my bonus!
I want this phone so badly...my desk at work has terrible reception! This Paratek Antenna, coupled with awesome battery life and the speakers...holy C**p the speakers! Better than the HTC One in comparison reviews, even though they face backwards! AWESOME! :-D

Reason: added 10.2 update link
I want BlackBerry to go ahead and start selling the Z30 unlocked on their site for US users already. They should already expect zero to no support from US Carriers so why not bypass them all together and let the BlackBerry faithful get their latest and greatest.

And guess what little trick I discovered...to keep on keeping the sound awesome, even when you are walking around in your house or where ever, buy the "flip cover" case for the Z30 and fold the cover against the back.
I'm sure this phone will rock when it his the US shores......I'm a bit tired of my old BB 9930 and not intrested in Andriod or iphone. Come on Blackberry lets move a bit faster for the US client base.
Unfortunately, they are not. The US sales site only has Z10, Q10, and Q5. Currently there is no place to get the STA100-5 believed to be needed for ATT&T and T-Mobile, in the US.
BlackBerry may be listening, but to who, I'm not sure.
(disclaimer: i agree with their choices to not have a 1008p screen and the quad core cpu, but these inflated numbers are what gets people to pull out their credit card)
