BlackBerry Headset WS 430

I just get my BlackBerry WS 430 with volume rockers but it's not working when you plug it in while you all ready playing music or when you plug in before you open the mp3 player.

It's only working when you open mp3 player and then you plug in the headset. Now you open some music and it's working.

I hope it will solved because it took 2 days to find out what was the problem. It a failure but when it work it works.

O you also needed to go to setting, sound and set the music from off to on.

Shouldn't work like that! Mine don't.

You can try a device reset first. (NOT the same as a restart.)
Hold down both your Volume Up & Down keys for about 10-20 seconds. Keep pressing them, ignoring screenshot notification, BB splashscreen, black screen, red LED, and BB splashscreen again. I don't release the Volume keys until I see the blue startup icon.

Anything work better after that reboot?

I running the leak 1925 are you on original OS, maybe it's a software issue
