I really want to get the z30 but I need to know if there are more apps and if you can have a separate wallpaper for the lock screen and home screen. And when you lock the screen horizontally it will stay that way? Thanks

I can answer the last one. If you leave your app in portrait when you lock it, it will be in portrait. If you leave it in landscape, it will stay landscape. If you changed orientation it will only change once you've unlocked it

I can answer the very first one. Developers keep apps coming for BB10, yet it depends what exactly you are looking for.
For example Flipboard has just been released, initially it required you to have a Z30, but they also enabled it for Z10 if it is running 10.2 already. Viber is coming out once 10.2 gets released officially, I guess later next months.

But there is also stuff we most likely won't see any time soon: Instagram has just killed all small hopes with saying they aren't interested in BB10. Tumblr most likely won't release an app, and there should be more popular social services out there thinking similar.

As for Z30 exclusive apps, there most likely won't be any. Maybe exclusive for full-touch devices (Z10/Z30), but the 30 doesn't have any extreme advantages which prevents apps from running on previous devices.
