When I received my brand new Z30 from shopblackberry, I let my friend use it for a few weeks (part of my never-ending promotion of BlackBerry). Now he is sold on it and returning it back to me. He went to go buy HIS and found the price was back up to $349! He is hopeful that it comes back down.
What's the best way to wipe it clear without reloading the OS? Don't want the latest, until the bugs have been fixed. He only used his t- mobile SIM and never even set it up for email.
    Thanks

When it's done, it's basically a brand new device and you're setting it up and using for the first time just after you've bought it.

If you really want to wipe it clean give it a SIC wipe, this will totally remove everything you'll be left with a device with no OS on it at all.

On my reliable Z30 leaked 10.3.1.1581

I use baby wipes. Huggies are great.

Actually...microfiber cloths are the best for wiping.

    No concerns about excessive lint???

Anyway, thanks for the post with the pics! I knew I had seen the option, just couldn't recall where to find it.

    Thanks CB
