Every Bluetooth headset should be working well with our Z30. You have to find it by yourself by trying a few.
The Voyager Legend works alright. It does not work very well with Blackberry Assistant. On some headsets, you can push the talk button to activate BBA. On the Legend, this feature is not enabled by BBA. :(
ufff the best Bluetooth headset for me, using with BB10 device, are the Sony MDR-ZX750BN, great sound and great for shorts and long trips.
There is also the new Bang and Olufsen. They were previewed during the CES this year.

Lol I think he means a bluetooth headset for talking on the phone, not bluetooth headphones for listening to music.
I'm not an expert nor do I use my bluetooth headset often, but I have a jabra something or other that works great and is comfortable. I also have a Nokia one that it really cool looking and has a cradle that also charges the headset itself, but the sound quality and fit could be better.

It's been around for a while now, but I've had great luck with the Motorola Oasis. Clear sound, long battery life, and excellent noise cancellation. I've been driving with my window down and the person I'm taking to can't tell.

My muffler fell off and I drive an old jeep. The Voyager works well

I've been using a Plantronics 925 for several years now with my 9930 and currently with my work Q10 and personal Z30. I have tried Jawbones,BlueAnts, Jabras etc.... and keep going back to the 925. Not that the others don't have their strong points, the 925 just works better for me and with features I prefer, not to mention I think it looks better and not as obtrusive as most of the others.
At work I use the 925 in a noisy aircraft hangar as well as my office and am still surprised at how well the call quality is at both ends. What I particularly like is how well it stays in my ear without an earhook that many units use. It also is fairly flush in my ear, not sticking out very far. Because of this, it stays in my front shirt pocket until a call is received and then I just pull it out and put it my ear in one smooth move and it securely stays there.
I charge it every couple of nights and that charge is good for a couple of 6 am to 6pm workdays, sometimes more, including the hour drive to work and home. Probably an average of 3 to 4 calls an hour with durations of 1 to 30mins. My wife only uses hers in the car and stores, usually going 2 or 3 weeks between charges , keeping it in the case when not in the car.
Of note is the case it comes in. The case has it's own battery and status lights. If you do run the 925 down or want to top off and don't want to plug it in or it's not practical , put the earpiece in the case and it will charge back up. When I charge at home I charge the earpiece while in the case, topping both off at the same time, although both can be charged independently. I have been using my BB chargers for that which makes it convenient for travel. The included neck lanyard plugs into the charge port and allows you to hang it around your neck, put it in your ear while still attached, pull it out after the call and drop it to hang around your neck again. Convenient if you don't want it in your ear all the time but access it quickly. As stated, I just keep it in my shirt pocket.
All that being said, if I only needed a BT earpiece for use in a car, not worrying about the look or security of a larger unit, I would be tempted to try the Voyager, as I would think with the mike that close to your mouth the call quality and isolation would be that much better.
Sorry for the long post.

Agree - used to use the 925. A great headset. And in general, think Plantronics make the best headsets - have used BT headsets for about 15 years.
If you want to upgrade and get streaming music, try the Plantronics Edge. And it has a case similar to the 925.
I like my Blueant Q2 (very comfortable and easy to use with good volume) or my Plantronics M55 (most comfortable bluetooth I've worn)
