    I think you are all forgetting that BlackBerry Z30 used to be free with Rogers, then they raised the price back up.

    I also got my Black Q10 for free with Rogers contract at that time. A black Q10 is now $50 too. So these prices aren't anything special.

    They raised the price because demand increased. And supply is low.

    I have to disagree.

    When the Z30 was free, the Nokia 1020, Galaxy S4, HTC One and a number of other phones were also free as well.

    Now that the BlackBerry prices are up, so are the prices for all the other phones.

    I think Rogers just had a general sale for that period time, and not specific for Blackberry.

    The Rogers nearest to me (where I upgraded to my Z30) is currently sold out of Z30's and awaiting a new shipment. I took their final device almost 2 weeks ago and they went through another shipment in under a week. Apparently the Z30 has started to pick up steam after a slow start. Let's hope this is a trend across more stores than just the one in my area.
