    Anyone else have to touch the screen multiple times to initiate snooze mode? When I updated the OS one touch would do it, now it takes multiple stabs which helps to wake me up and defeats snooze mode. I thought the OS update fixed it but no, that was only temporary - it is now back.

    No issues here. Thankfully, one bleary-eyed poke is all it takes for me to snooze it.

    Oh crap, does this mean something is wrong with my phone? It works well at all other times. Maybe a complete software reinstall will help?

    Well, if you've tried rebooting, that sounds like it might be the last resort.

    Try a reset press both volume keys a same time till you get BlackBerry logo

    I have the same problem when it's in bedside mode but not in normal mode (I have a Q10). I have to poke it several times or turn it off by swiping up - but then I have to get up too! Bit irritating actually. It's always been like that, not just since the recent update. Odd.

    I've gladly been able to use it reliably without issue since one of the first major updates. Hasn't failed me once yet.
