    Since last night, every app I tried to purchase, I got this message

    BBW rejects Visa card purchase-img_20141113_223034.png

    I have restarted my phone and even removed and added my Visa card information several times but nothing changes. I checked with Bank too. Said the card is fine
    Anyone suffer the same issue?

    What???? Last month??? I can believe it. My last purchase was on 10 Nov. Did you send an email to BB customer support or anything?

    Used Visa last week on ca.shopcrackberry no problems.

    As wincyUT mentioned, the name you put in must be exactly as on the card ... also check you expiration date. ... Just a thought.

    I have made my last purchase on 10 Nov after that I did not change anything till the issue.

    Blackberry freaking genius system has auto blocked some credit card to prevent fraud
    To solve this, it requires to open a official ticket to Blackberry but it will cost 50$ to solve the problem that started by them!!!

    Are you kidding me Blackberry???

    Any Mod around here? What else can we do?

    Tweet @ BlackBerry support, that's the only way other than that freaking $50 ticket!

    Or maybe change your payment options (switch to a different card) in the App World.

    Same thing happened to me awhile back. I think what I had to do is register BlackBerry World in my PayPal account. I believe you can find it in your PayPal settings.... please note that I am not 100% positive this is what I did but about 90%.

    Same for me again. Have tried Visa, Master Card, American Express for more than a month but no luck. If BlackBerry does not want my money, there is nothing I can do about it.

    It seems like they are just a little bit more focused in the Amazon App Store.... Actually, I have been dealing with this issue for some time. It got fixed, at first, by changing my BB ID password, but I see the problem came back.
    If I wouldn't love Blackberry this much......

    This us driving me nuts. I know I fixed it awhile back but can't freaking remember how...... I know you verify PayPal somehow...... did you change your PayPal password? if so you need to update it in Payment Options....

    It may need the same fix used for PayPal accounts, as by default the payment method is given a 1 year allocation in BB World, so if you go past that 1 year mark (you won't get any notification!), the payment method just stops working.

    You need to log into BB World on a DESKTOP (or desktop browser mode on your BB) and go to payment settings.
    Confirm your payment settings and SAVE them again - you will see an expiry date appear next to the payment method, which will be 1 year from now.

    It may take an hour or 2 for the system to update fully but then you can use your chosen payment method again. Just remember, you'll have to do it all again next year!

    I tweeted @BlackBerryHelp and they directed me to to the help page which asking users to change the paymen method to Paypal and it actually works (eventhough Paypal charged me a buck for registration fee)
