Not really sure where to post this lol.

I know a lot of users have been enjoying Bbm cross platform with their friends ever since it launched cross-platform last fall - but I've had the opposite happen lol.

Everyone adopted it for a few weeks and virtually everyone's deleted it from their phones - why?

Because it never worked - there would always be delays in delivering messages (where you'd send it and it'd take a while, sometimes a long while) for it go from the check mark to a D.

Not sure if this has been fixed by now but it's kinda too late - my friends aren't going to be reinstalling it.

The one person who does use Bbm with me, on android, has the same issue - messaging is delayed.

So we just end up using whatsapp or sms...

Any help - I'd love to be able to keep using Bbm loll. (note: this isn't a problem with BlackBerry to BlackBerry just cross platform)

That's too bad OP. I have zero issues BBMing my cross platform iPhone and Android users. I have about 25 friends using a variety of devices.

Can't help with that unfortunately. I'm not surprised though building cross platform is no simple task

As for friends, if they delete BBM, all they can do is SMS me. I'm not installing anything else.
