BBM channel verification

Mine Z30 and did A security wiped with Shanghai China SIM card. Found that BBM channel is ask for verification birthday date . I did verification and button was freeze. I have experienced if pull SIM card and connection to WiFi, that is not such appeared verification and will auto loaded BBM channel. Do not why BBM channel is happen on China SIM issues. Please advise ,if you have better solution of above issues. Thank

Could it be the carrier for the Shanghai China SIM has restrictions on content of which may interfere with the BBM age verification system?
