Hi and welcome to CB! I'm not lucky enough to have a Z30 but have you checked to see what apps you have running also?
Sometimes apps that stay open run down the battery. Also, how is your wifi signal? If the phone is always searching for a signal to use, the battery can drop tremendously.

Did you try to reboot and see if it's better? Maybe you can try battery guru, nice app to see if your phone is draining your battery too much.

Please go to settings - App manager -Device monitor and click on 'System ' under cpu, it'll show a graph.

Take a screen shot (hold both volume keys at the same till it says screen shot saved) and then post it here.

You'll find the screen shot in the camera folder in the file manager

It takes a day or two for the battery to settle down.

if you are noticing increased battery drain do a hard reset.

Try a battery pull or a wipe/restore as well through bb link.
it's gonna be difficult to do a battery pull on his Z30.

I had battery drain problems on my Z10 - the battery would drain in like 4-5 hours. My System process was always pinned at 10% just like your screenshot - and it seemed that my Android runtime was the culprit (I had sideloaded a leaked version). Have you installed any leaks?

I fixed it by doing a full security wipe and restore of the OS. If you do so, make sure you take a backup first.

Download TaskManager by "amitghosh" from BlackBerry World, it's an android port but it let's you see android processes that might still be open even after you close the app.

A reset takes a bit longer than 10 seconds. I have been advised in the past to hold down the volume up and down buttons until I saw the blue BlackBerry software loading or boot up circle. This has worked for me flawlessly.

Do you have diagnosis feedback on? Do you have NFC on?

    Cheers.

I get over 2 full days with my Z30, with Wifi, NFC and bluetooth active constantly. Spends 8am to 6.30pm on vibrate only in holster. Took it off charge 7am yesterday and still have 35% battery as I type (2.30pm today). Been used for about 60 mins gaming (Minion Rush, Skiing Fred, Ten Pin Shuffle), BBM, texts, multiple emails and couple of hours of calls. Only active frame is HUB++.

Had the Z30 for 3 weeks, and the battery life settled into this pattern after about 8-9 days. I have exactly the same OS features as the OP.

Carriers can cause that to happen. Signal can screw up and confuse the phones. Hard Reset will fix it.

    It's a Z30, you can't do a battery pull...
But in any case there are some days my Z10 is a bit screwy for battery, but I always hard reset and it seems to settle after that.
