    So I was thinking about getting an extra battery. Went on the Canadian site and looks to be somewhat complicated to replace. Need tools and have to remove LCD.

    Anybody ever replace theirs here ?

    Great example of why BlackBerry should have offered a user-replaceable battery.

    Batteries do fail, sometimes spectacularly. Consumers shouldn't have to rely on Ebay batteries of questionable origin to get their phone working again.
