I know some are really disappointed at the lack of a swappable battery but some people don't need a hot swap battery, just one that can be changed after a year or so when the capacity fails.

With a full day charge and the ability to upgrade the battery with minimal hassle, I think this is fine.

If the battery is soldered in though, that could be a deal breaker.

The non removable battery means that it isn't generally user-replacable. Any battery can be replaced if a user has the necessary skills and wishes to assume the risk.

Hope the battery is much better than the Z10.

The biggest hassle with non removable battery is it is no longer possible to go from say 10% battery left to 100% back up in a matter of a few minutes by switching battery around. But Z30 supports Qi wireless charging doesn't it.

Well, at least it's much bigger than the Z10 battery. If the Z10 battery was non-removable then I'd flip a table.

if the Z10 battery was non-removable, I wouldve returned it by now lol. I love the phone, but the battery life is quite "meh" imo.

I hope They arent lying about that 25 hours of mixed usage claim. If i could go that long without a charge, then a non removable battery is fine with me.

The 25 hours, if true more than makes up for it. It is like having two batteries compared with the z10 though I think the z10 will get a big boost in battery life once 10.2 is out.

True, but soldered on vs screws is a huge difference in the people who would be able to change them.
