Hello, i bought 2 days ago BB Z30. I put charging throw night, in the morning i put off from charging and i checked facebook and emails(about 7:00 am). After that i dont use phone. In 3-4 hours i feel how my phone start be very hot, when i checked mobile my battery had just 30% and in 20 minutes it turned off(about 11:00am).
Check what is using resources via Device Monitor.
Look at the Battery tab and the CPU tab.
Post what is using the highest percentages, or screen shots of what you see.

You can move those two blue dot markers to decrease the time frame on the graphs, that will help narrow down the times when it was running down the battery and hot.
That will also update the percentage on the services and apps.
You can also tap those services and apps to see even more detailed usage data.
