How do I prevent the black back bar at the bottom from continuing to appear every time I touch the screen while playing a game(downloaded from Amazon )? in other words keeping it in the background.

When the Back bar is on the screen, swipe down from the top and tap Hide Bar.
It should then stay hidden for the duration of that app's use.
If you need it back, swipe down from the top and tap Show Bar.
