    Is anyone having issue with making calls. When I make a call it is on handset mode and as soon as the line connects it switches to speaker and will not let me switch back. I have the latest software and it is happening on my Z10 and z30. Any help. Tried re installing software. No luck yet

    I'm not having problems like that. Seems strange to have it happen to both phones.

    Have you tried a battery pull or holding the power button until the loading screen shows up? I checked the settings in the calling feature but I did not see any automatic setup there.

    I did try that. I have also wiped my phone and reloaded everything. This is bizarre. Something must have happened when I downloaded the newest update

    Could check to see if it is related to this new hub setting- display and actions:
