    Can anyone give me a link to a autoloader from which I can update my z30 to 10.3.3 as I am unable to get this os when I go for a manual software update check on my phone.

    All you need is the Z30 file, 2nd last on list, 1.48Gb zipped.

    Download with your PC, unzip it, plug your Z30 in and run the file. Everything will be wiped in the process and you can then set up as if new. Takes about 15 minutes to run the autoloader. After running the Z30 will reboot (takes awhile, be patient) and then you can put your BBID in with password etc. Good luck!
