    Dear all

    I've got a Z30 STA100-2 at noon today.

    General It's very good.

    However, when I take a call, I relize that the volume of audio call very very small

    When I kick volume 100% volume of z30, it is still small and this is about 50% of Q10 or Z10

    Is there any one have situation like me?

    And please help me solve this problem.

    Yes just like on a pc where you can increase the volume on the desktop as well as manually on the speakers the same can be done for the z30, just needs an update to boost the volume.

    It's "natural sound", so maybe the people at the other end are just being naturally quiet... lol

    How does it sound if you use the speaker phone, or a head set instead?

    I've heard quite some complains about such an issue with the Z30. It would be great if this would just be a software related issue which could be solved by a small update. Never the less, it would be great if we could get a word from BlackBerry directly or have the CrackBerry gang try to investigate.

    Have you considered becoming a patent attorney?.. lol

    Do you have less of a problem connecting to Wifi with the Z30 than you did connecting with the Q10? Or do you have a problem because the Z30 'catches' less wifi than the Q10?

    I mean that Wifi of z30 is weak and not strong as I expected.

    I given that the ability connecting and call of Q10 is the best.

    Ps: sometime, I cannot explain clearly, because I'm not good in English
