Hi all,
I am not able to activate my new Z30 because it tels me that my APN settings cannot be verified.
There is just an OK and a setup button.
Unfortunatly, I do not have a wifi network to connect to at this time.
Also, I am not sure wich version of BB10 its running.

I'm not sure if it's different across countries/carriers, but maybe worth a shot. Your carrier should automatically configure this as far as I know.

Click setup and if there's an Access Point Name (APN) box, mine has "internet" in the field, then click save. (I have a z10, although that shouldn't matter)

Google your carrier and then apn settings and they should have it on their website

You have to use a wi-fi network to complete activation to your bb10 device. All the devices i have activated was only on wireless.

Oh really?
Thought that one could activate over the mobile network and I havent seen anything else.

You can activate over mobile network. I've done it multiple times.

mine I can't even enter the apn because when I tap on where I have to enter the data the keyboard doesn't come up. if any one can help I will be more than happy since I cant access internet unless I am home where I have a wifi
