    Hi guys I've been encountering a problem where I can't connect to my mobile data. I'm currently on EE pay as you go. When I try to connect I get an error an error of APN 29, I try to restart my phone and I get the same answer.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    I got the same error a couple of times while roaming on AT&T In Florida. The error went away by itself after a short period of time. I suspect it is a transient problem at AT&T. I suggest contacting your carrier if the condition persists.

    Hi, I wonder if this issue has been resolved in the meantime. I recently switched carriers and I get the same error message.

    My case is slightly different. I had a working APN and AT&T connection for months. The APN 29 error popped up out of the blue. As I mentioned, it is a transient AT&T issue there was corrected by AT&T within a couple of hours. I didn't do anything on my part.

    For a new carrier, you should check with them to make sure the APN in your phone is correct. Your carrier is your primary source for resolution on connection matters.

    Thanks for the reply. I have been on the phone with them three times today, but they have no clue. Maybe I should just contact BlackBerry support.

    Update: the problem eventually just resolved itself, without any effort on my part. Guess my carrier was just slow to acknowledge the switch...
