I for one thought I would, but BlackBerry's touch keyboard is far better than a physical keyboard IMHO. I realized this after I needed my Z10 replaced and pulled out a Q10 for a week and realized how much flicking words integrated in my life lol. If this were any other platform, hands down the physical qwerty would be the choice. But two years into using BlackBerry 's virtual keyboard, I don't think I will be going back to hard keys. I just have a feeling the square-ish novelty would wear off after a month or so, though I'm happy for hard key qwerty fans! But you can't beat one-handed agility!

I sway back and forth. I love my z30 but a physical keyboard would be really nice. Even BlackBerry auto correct has its moments.

I'll be getting one because it looks to be really innovative. I'm really good at typing on my Z30, and I hope BlackBerry does come out with a new high end all touch device sometime next year, but the Passport looks so different, I have to have it.

I'll still switch to my Z30 sometimes though, as I currently go between my black or white Q10 and my black Z30. I was even using my Z10 sometimes too, but it's just so hard to go back to it after using the Z30 and getting used to the much better battery life.

I'll buy it as soon as Bell lists a pre-order.

I love the virtual keyboard on my Z30, but I admit I miss the keyboard shortcuts from the Q10. I'm really intrigued by the idea of a gesture-enabled keyboard that gives me the best of both worlds.

I want the spec. 3GB RAM? 32GB Storage? Snapdragon 800 quad-core? Hard to resist...

I didn't really think I'd ever go back to a physical keyboard after using the Z10 and Z30. Something about the Passport just makes me want it. Getting it launch day.

I for one thought I would, but...
After a year with a Samsung Galaxy S II, I bought a new Bold and thought I would never get another touch screen phone again. I'm not even sure why I gave the Z10 a chance, but I ended up buying one the first day they were available. I loved it so much I bought a -30 a year later, and if it had a removable battery, I'd consider it the perfect device. It's small enough to one-hand, but big enough to watch movies on long flights. I'm very intrigued by the Passport, but if I _do_ get one, it would probably end up being -- literally -- a desk phone, and I'd be a two-SIM user.

    Done completely with physical keyboards.

The main reason I got a z30 (which is an awesome device btw) is because there are no genuine successors for the touch crowd in sight.

Passport and physical keyboard seems like a step back to me. I'm already on blu-ray, don't give me a VCR. (even if it is HD)

I just got my Z30 a week ago using a free upgrade on one of my lines with Bell.
I figured I'd just use the Z30 to play with a keep me happy with a new toy until then.

HOWEVER, I've fallen in love with the Z30 coming from the z10 and a Q5 it's the best BlackBerry out there.

Depending on how much an early upgrade is on one of my lines I may get it but we now with the z30 I sure won't feel like I'm behind the times or I'm missing out.
Also, it'll give me a few months to see how others like and and for any software bugs to be worked out by then.

    Hi all,

Yeah I'll get the Passport, to me it seems a fantastic combination of good BlackBerry things. Don't get me wrong I love my Z30, Q10 and 9900 (work). But a bigger screen with a hardware key pad and a faster processor, Ohhh yeah keep it coming.

Maybe if there's a sale on Shop BlackBerry.

But otherwise, I'll wait for the rumored full touch with the same spec (Ontario, if I remember correctly).

I prefer the larger screen / the keyboard on the Z30. I had a Z10 which Iove / now I'm upgrading to the Z30. The passport doesn't interest me.

Ever since I had my first Bold 9000 I always wanted BlackBerry to make a phone with a "big enough" screen and still with a board. Now they've done it so I feel I have to support. I have a Z30 now and upgraded from a Z10. But nothing like typing on a berry board lol. So I'll give the Passport a go. Can't be too bad, it's a BlackBerry after all lol.

I am seriously considering it, but I would like a chance to play with one before I buy. I'm hoping that when I'm in Europe this fall I will be able to get my hands on one in a shop.

In the meantime, I have made a mock-up to play with. Not as pretty as the real thing, but at least now I'm sure it will fit in my pockets.

At this point, I have no intention to buy a Passport. I might change my mind after it's been out a year.

I'm sticking with my Z30 for at least another year.

Not for me, a lot of what I do is widescreen and the Z30 is bigger in landscape mode. I have been checking out the features and specs but that so far isn't enough to make the change. The release of 10.3 is what I'm most interested in... I don't do leaks.
