Hello All.

A bit of a follow up to my original post re: potential .2226 update issues.
It seems my biggest issue, battery life, has resolved itself. I think a main reason for that could be a correction re: System code; it's not unjustifiably high anymore.

That said, did anyone recently get a 213KB update request? It gives no new info as to what it's supposed to fix, just the same blurb from "Part 1". Does it bump me to .222x?

I'm always wary of mini/tiny updates (without additional info), that's issued to "fix" recent updates, especially as my device seems to be working well now.

Yes, it has appeared for several devices across several carriers and no, it's doesn't bump you into a new version. However, what it is exactly remains a mystery.

I got similar updates for both of my unlocked Classic and Z10 running the initial leaked beta 2226. Perhaps, it's a minor "official maintenance" update from BlackBerry. However, what it actually is, still remains unclear.

I know providers do that sort of thing: Release a minor update to fix something that then breaks 2 out of 10 devices. This is NOT unique to BB!

Maybe it's to "fix" my perfectly quiet K/B so that I get clicks in Normal profile then have to create a new one and configure my many apps?! Ha!

(If the release had specified what was being fixed, then I'd have some knowledge to proceed. But even their more info link points to 10.3.2.1! So I'll wait.....)

whatever it did, it seems to leverage my video recording issues to the sd card (mentioned the other thread). will have to test it more thouroughly but from first quick check my camera doesn't freeze completely during video recording to sd card.

It can't be a carrier push because I'm on Sprint and they're still at 10.2.1. I just blitzed from 10.2.1 to 10.3.2.2339 yesterday and I just got the update notice today.

OK. An update for this update.
10.3.2.2226 + 213KB update = 10.3.2.2226

No noticeable changes.
I'm SIM-less, my auto-update is off, yet I kept getting emails from BlackBerry that the update is available. I simply gave in/up.

If anything p1ss3s me off, I'll post again to update. Here's hoping that won't be necessary.

I get the notification but it won't download. It's been trying for 2 days. I guess it's a lot to ask for a file that big to download in this day and age, lol.

I went ahead and let my Z30 update to the 10.3.2.556 release and all is good, except that later i got the notice for this 213kb update.
The problem, like ExplicitPromo had, I am have is the update wont download.
It returns the error that it can't connect to the update server.
It has been doing this for about a week. I have tried everything I can think of to get it to download.
Has anyone figure out how to get the 213kb to update after they have experienced this issue?

As it stands, I get a daily or per reboot prompt to download this 213kb update, but it wont download.

Yes.
Link never sees the update.
I have even upgraded to the newest leak .2339 and it still wont grab the download.
My Z30 keeps getting the push notice, yet will not connect to download it.

That's very weird. I updated to. 2339 about a week ago. The next day I saw the update and it downloaded fine. I used the. 2339 blitz to do it.
