I keep getting this, I know my wifi is good as all other devices never have issues, but my Z30 does this several times a day, I can't trust it to gather emails and such. A couple hours go by, no new notifications, then I see that.

I've also started to notice my WiFi going in and out on my Z30. It started after the 10.3.1 update. I never had this kind of problem on 10.2.1.

I would still reboot your router. It is simple to do even if other devices have no problem.

I have rebooted home router, i dont think IT will let me at work.

I love my Z30 but my other devices sit next to my Z30 and pick up the wireless signal anytime i walk in the room

Definitely an issue with the latest OS upgrade as I didn't have this problem with my Passport before.

Agree that this is an issue with the OS. I don't reboot my router, just restart the Z30 and it always comes back up fully connected to the Wifi. It happens maybe once a week to my phone since the last official 10.3 OS update.

Mines still doing it, I updated to 10.3.1 and still it came back. I'm sure it's not my router, my wifes ipad has no issues, my note 4 has no issues, our wii connects through wifi and has no issues, just my z30

I have a solution turn your router of for a min and shut the phone off then turn the phone on and the router and that should fix your problem

Try picking a channel 1,6 or 11 for your wifi, assuming your router has the feature to allow you to choose a channel of course. Don't have it set to auto.

    This worked for me.

    It's not a router problem.

Any time this has happened to me at home :

    A) the z30 is the ONLY device that is unable to get a wifi signal

    B) rebooting the z30 (and not touching the router) fixes the issue

If it were the router, then

A') At the very least, the devices near my z30 would *also* have issues connecting, and

B') why would rebooting the z30 (without rebooting or changing any settings on the router) fix the problem (that is supposedly on the router)?

So at least in my case, it is 100% not a problem with the router.

Oh, and finally, rebooting the router (while not rebooting the Z30) does *not* work.

Out of every combination of rebooting the router and rebooting the Z30, the *only* solution that works, and works every time, is rebooting the Z30. And it works -- every time -- without needing to reboot the router.

You're right, it is not a router problem. Never said it was. I was only offering a workaround solution since BlackBerry still hasn't addressed it. For some reason the Z30 doesn't do well when the channel is set to auto on the router. Which is why resetting the router doesn't solve anything because the channel is still set as auto. However, rebooting the Z30 will allow it to find the wifi channel initially but for some reason (maybe when the router hops to a different channel), the Z30 can't hop to the new channel and thus it loses connectivity. It is a Z30 problem. But if we can't fix the Z30 (waiting on you BlackBerry) , we "fix" (or "adjust" since nothing is broken on the router to "fix") the other end instead to compensate. Up to you if you want to try it.

Not a router problem, but a z30 problem that reveals itself under certain internet/router protocols. Changing those can stop them from coming up. I have had zero wifi/Internet issues since changing my router settings, so it definitely "fixed" my issiues

I solved this issue based on posts from another thread, and without touching my router.

All I had to do was set my home WiFi connection to ONLY use the 2.4 Ghz band.

Anyone have a fix for :WiFi connection limited error?-img_20150521_161607.png

BlackBerry is the one who should be fixing this, with a software update. And that should have been done by now but I guess their market share is so low now that OS improvements updates are no longer a priority for them.
