Depends. Digital River is the worst, which is BlackBerry's supplier.
I bought my Z30, Shop BlackBerry said it was "In Stock." Then I get an email that says it's out of stock and will be shipped to me when the stock has been replenished.
So, why does BlackBerry claim they're in stock, only to have them be not in stock?
It was a few days of back and forth with Digital River, who told me that they get shipments from BlackBerry every few days or once a week, depending on the device and demand. So they basically said they had no exact timeframe of when I'd be getting my Z30. It came like 10 days later.
It was really not a good experience. I bought it the day it was released on Shop BlackBerry, so maybe that's why it was like that, but it was very misleading from the start. "In Stock, But Not Really, And We Don't Know When You'll Be Able To Get Your Device" would have been more appropriate instead of "In Stock."
