I have no more lag, but I do have an issue now with apps foreclosing. My browser for instance shut down 5x within an hour. Same with at least 3 other apps. I will do a soft reset.

I also now have zero lag whatsoever. Incoming call connection is immediate and the vibrate behaves as it should.
I had cut the lag to a minimum by turning off everything in screen reader beta and a reboot but, this update has gotten rid of the rest of it............so far.

Crossing my fingers since it's only been a few hours and 50 or so calls. I'll be more convinced it's fixed in a weeks time if this continues.

Haven't noticed any other strange quirks as of yet either. Have had a handful of apps open since update with no issues here.

That's on 10.3.1.1865/10.3.1.2708. Updated Ota. Everything in screen reader beta is turned off. Make sure to reboot after you toggle everything off or it won't help.

Some of the options in screen reader beta are toggled on by default. I personally didn't even know the setting existed until I read this as a successful fix for some in another thread.

It hasn't worked for everyone but, it certainly made a huge difference for me. I had to manually toggle off the settings that were on by default however.

Make sure you clean out your Crackberry App. This is one of the only apps I know of that keeps it's own cache. If you come here often than everything you have ever seen is saved.

Swipe down from the top of the app and go to settings and then to clear cache. In there you will see how much cache the Crackberry App is taking. More importantly the number of images and other bits and pieces can slow down a system. The more files a system has to look through to find the right functionality will delay it.

Clean out your cache in the Crackberry App.

I'm having the same problem. It's getting worse too. People are actually hanging up on me. It needs to be addressed by BlackBerry asap. It's super annoying. I thought I could live with it for a while but not when people start to hang up on you because they can't hear me say hello 8 times.

I only notice the delay when connected to bluetooth... happens in my own car and rentals. And come to think of it, the delay is mostly in dialing, not with the actual calls anymore.

I still have it. I've tried all the solutions mentioned on this post and while there was a slim temporary fix, it just keeps on coming back to bite me on the ***.

I got it too on my Z30 and what I concluded is that there is no solution: I mean, we can talk about it as long as we want but I realized there are 2 types of users. There is who doesn't experienced the lag and there is who, like and most of you, got it. If you're lucky, and there is no logical explanation for this, you don't have it or, at least, with an higher leak you could solve it; if you are unlucky, well...sorry bud but you have to wait for a better update.

I tried every leak from 10.3.x.xxxx to this one I got now, the official update my Italian carrier has released (10.3.1.1767), but results are always the same.

From my personal point of view there are no logical solutions. This is driving me crazy. Sorry.

There is a logical situation we just don't know what it is.
Please try the remedy described in post# 181 of this thread and report back success or failure.

I updated to the latest leaked OS (10.3.2.500). I can say that this fixed for real all the delays. It really feels weird not to experience vibrations after answering a call.

This is a beta, a leak, so it might be "buggier" than the official 10.3.1, but imo it is better.
