Not happening here. Scrolling is smooth.

I meant that it jumps from paragraph to paragraph; if you get what i mean.
Mine scrolls smoothly line by line. No skips of any sort seen. On 10.2.1.2228.

Nope. Mine doesn't seem to do this.

Can you explain?

I guess I wasn't clear enough.
The scrolling automatically stops at the beginning of a paragraph. I might be imagining this but it happens every time I scroll.

Got a link we could test it on? Never noticed this

Open macrumors.com in desktop mode. Zoom in to the news text and start scrolling.

I know exactly what you are saying.
I just scrolled through some blogs and it stops at a new comment unless the comment is really large, but then it still stops at an intuitive part of that lengthy comment.
So many fine details is this bb10, we actually can't appreciate all the work that has gone into it
If it was iPhone, they would have a marketing campaign as to how the scrolling is so smart.... I wish BlackBerry could afford that kind of marketing

Glad I'm not the only one. The browser seems to be aware of the context while scrolling.

Wow! You're right, it does
Never noticed that

I thought it was a bug, not a feature. Thanks for clearing this up for me.
It's pretty smart, that browser.
Sweet!! Is so smooth I never even noticed that before!!!! :)

I'm mind blown. That is really cool. Never noticed that.

That's very cool

thank you for sharing...
Wow. Learned something today. Wonder how long it's been that way. I just started flicking through anandtech. First quick little flicks and it does indeed stop. To test to make sure I then did slow flicks. And it slowly scrolls six stops at the next article. Fast flicks you could tell it would put on the brakes and stop. Pretty cool feature.

Very cool! BB10 is the most under appreciated OS in history!

i'm right there with you...
that's fricken awesome.
there are so many little things that makes it such a good OS that unless you use it then you cant stand over your corner and say its nothing special....its actually pretty freaking awesome!! Quick side note: Dont be surprised with halograms---even if Apple has the patent...do they have exclusivity?
And here I thought it was just my mastery of the flick scrolling "inertia" that allowed me to always flick to the start of a paragraph.
I wonder what else I'm not as good at as I think I am.......

Sometimes I don't see it wrap the text when I double tap, do you guys have this problem, I constantly have to go left/right when reading.
Also is there private mode on stock browser?
Stock browser does have a private mode under the privacy and security tab in the browser settings
