I ordered an sta-5 z30 off eBay from Canada on jan 6th. It is now today and still no phone or update from tracking and the expected/standard delivery date has passed. I generally stay away from having to deal with Canada post but I couldn't wait any longer and pulled the trigger. The last time I dealt with Canada post my q10 came in within 4 days to Cali. It's just really frustrating sitting here waiting this long. Apparently I didn't wait long enough after the holidays to pull the trigger -_-

For some reason the article didn't open for me. But the delay is excessive. I'm hoping you can contact someone at Canada post and/or that it's insured.

Hmmmm that's weird, it opens up on my CPU and iPad but no z30 to try it out haha. It wasn't until I spoke with the 3rd rep from Canada post that they were able to verify that my z30 was in transit. Even then they "forgot"to notify customers of expected delays as stated in the article. Last time I order from them again.....if you google canada post shipping delays it will come up
