Any big, popular or important apps or games that aren't compatible with Z30 yet?
According to CB article, PayPal is not compatible yet with Z30, which is BS considering I just got a Z30 lol.

Sadly Clash of Clans (unless you really really want to start playing from the very beginning again)
PayPal android version works but it nags for play services

I'm fairly certain anything that requires google play services won't work without patching.
